#10 Sunday Spellbook
Your guide to slow magic, self-connection and divine feminine energy for the week ahead
We’ve reached the Full Flower Moon.
The world is in bloom. Buds have burst into colour. What was once hidden is now alive and reaching towards the light.
This is a moon of beauty, blossoming, and boldness.
But blooming takes energy. It takes courage. It asks us to stay open even when we feel vulnerable.
Let this week be a celebration of how far you’ve come.
Of the petals you’ve unfurled.
Of the magic you’ve dared to grow.
Let’s dive in.
Words of the Week
You were not made to stay small.
You were made to bloom.
To take up space with your light,
your softness,
your truth.
Let yourself be seen.
Not the perfect version,
but the real one.
The version blooming right now,
exactly as she is.
You are allowed to be beautiful in the becoming.
Soulful Living Tip
Let yourself be witnessed
This is a powerful moon to share what you’ve been holding inside. Whether it’s a dream, a truth, a part of yourself you’ve kept hidden.
This week, practise letting someone see you. Maybe you open up to a friend. Maybe you post something honest. Maybe you finally show the world what you’ve been creating.
Magic grows faster when it’s shared.
Bonus magic: Place a mirror on your altar or desk this week. Every time you pass by, whisper something kind. “I am proud of how far I’ve come” is a good place to start.
Magical Self-Care Ritual
The Blooming Bowl Ritual
This ritual honours how far you’ve come and what you’re still stepping into. Use it to soak in your softness and power.
You will need:
• A bowl of warm water
• Flower petals (fresh or dried)
• A few drops of essential oil or a splash of floral water
• A candle
Light the candle. Fill the bowl with warm water and add the petals and oil. Dip your hands into the water and close your eyes.
Say:
I honour my blooming.
I release what no longer fits.
I rise with grace.
I bloom in my own time.
Let your hands soak in the bowl for a few minutes, then bring the water to your heart and thank yourself for everything you’ve carried. Tip the water into the earth when you’re done.
Creativity Corner
Name the version of you who’s blooming
Give her a name.
An identity.
An energy.
Write a few lines about her.
How does she dress?
How does she speak to herself?
What does she no longer tolerate?
What kind of magic does she walk with?
Keep this version of you close.
Call on her when you need courage.
Journalling Prompts

Oracle Insight
Card of the Week: Queen of Cups
The Queen of Cups is deeply in touch with her emotional world. She reminds you that softness is not weakness, it’s strength.
This week, honour your feelings. Let them rise. Let them guide you. Let them nourish you.
You are safe to feel deeply and still hold your power.
Closing Spell
I am in bloom.
Not because I forced it,
but because I stayed soft.
I stayed rooted.
I stayed with myself.
I open now,
to light, to love, to everything that’s ready to meet me.
Have a magical week,
Laura x
Thank you. Such a sweet map back to myself. I was journaling earlier about my desire to be seen and what came through was the assignment to be the one to see myself. To self-witness. This amazing post has cemented my resolve.
